A factory floor that started as a side project, eight years ago.
Titi Mart began in 2018 with two cutting machines and a five-person team in a workshop on the outskirts of Surabaya. We started by supplying a single ice cream brand in Jakarta. Today we ship to coffee chains, cocktail bars, dessert factories and food labs across Asia, Europe and the United States.
Every order begins the same way. You tell us what you make. We send you a sample box of the relevant sticks. You hold them, taste-test them, run them through your line. If they work, we move to the production order. If they do not, we adjust until they do.
The wood is birch and pine, sourced from managed plantations in East and Central Java. Every stick is sanded smooth, kiln-dried, and inspected by hand before it leaves the floor.
